Welcome to the registration form for the teams Mardi C’est Roller - 24H Roller 2008

Your registration will be complete upon receipt of your payment.

The price for participation is set at 65€.

This includes:
- registration for the team;
- matching T-shirts for the members.

If you have any questions or problems regarding the methods of payment, please contact Olivier, treasurer of our association ( ).

Please send us as soon as possible the following documents (2):
- a copy of one of your identity papers (passeport, national identity card, etc.);
- if you are licenced to a french or foreign Rollerskating federation, a copy of your 2008 licence. The license must indicate the delivery of a medical certificate certifying the ability to participate in the sport of roller-skating;
- if you don’t have a valid rollerskating license, a medical certificate that is no more than 12 months old on June 28th, 2008 and that certifies your ability to practice roller-skating.
